Combining fine art with product design. These patches are hand-drawn, digitally illustrated, and then sent off to a production company to help bring them to life. Every patch design’s final output was either PVC or Embroidery and sold online universally.

It all begins with an idea

Words and a theme. Each patch is carefully made with consideration for the consumer. Pulling references from well-known holidays and celebrations and making sure it resonates to tractical. Illustrated for the first responders and service members in our community.

The Stay Alert, Stay Alive patch was designed as a reminder of what is and what could be. It also plays a key role in regular everyday life. The idea behind the design was pulled from a saying I and others have heard.

Creating Guidelines

After final design approval, guidelines for patches are created to help the production company produce PVC or embroidered patches to the ideal size, depth, and thickness of each layer.

The patch layers are calculated in millimeters when using PVC material. Stitch patterns like fill stitch, saddle, and final sewouts are used to guide and create visual depth within a smaller dimension.

Selling to the Consumer

Each patch is carefully crafted. Campaign assets are then created to help push the product out through social media, emails, the company website, and paid ads on Meta and Google.
